Contribute research, journey mapping and interface design, and coordinate with people from different disciplines as work moves into delivery.

Bring data definitions, responsibilities and the purpose of a service into governance discussions. My contribution centres on coordination, analysis and making decisions understandable.

Designed bilingual questionnaires and routing, connecting the questions asked to the data they needed to produce and collaborating with specialists on validation.

Worked on data definitions, measures and quality requirements so research findings could be interpreted consistently.

Led user research and stakeholder workshops, translated findings into service requirements and journeys, and reviewed delivery against agreed criteria.
